These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Pink Porch Property Group, LLC. By affirmatively opting in, requesting text communication, or initiating a text conversation, you agree to these terms.
The SMS program provides communications about property inquiries, requested property evaluations or offers, appointments, transaction updates, customer service, and requested real estate information.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, requested services, appointments, and transaction activity.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt-out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We will send a final confirmation and will not send additional texts unless you later provide new consent. We also honor reasonable opt-out requests stated in ordinary language.
